BUSINESS. Arising.- Letter still to go out to sponsors.

RUNS WE ATTENDED--The GT clubs show day on the 18th Oct was a good show but a bit ordinary from our side of support with only 4 Cars & 8 people attending of our members, Including Roy Zandona with his Mustang David Armanini with his HR ute Barry turnell with his Mustang & Greg Salvestro with his 07 GT 40th.. The GT club wishes to join our show next year.

The Lake run on the 26th saw 6 cars & 11 of our members attending with John & Kaylene Gazzola-FC, Jack Toresan- GTS, Jordan Colpo- BA GT ,Lenny Panarello- Ute, Jasper Salvestro –XR6,& Greg Salvestro – 38 Street Rod.

Correspondence In. Letter from Griffith Base Hospital . Thanking us for our $2500 donation from Ian Power..,Also a letter from Australian Motorsport Insurance for club cover –Paid $ 605.Also Bank Statement

Treasurers Report..Tabled .Opening balance is $****.30.
Income of M/ship $240.00,Club Clothing $42.00 & Expenditure of $605.00 for Insurance.Current Balance of $****.30. A/c 2nd Pat Agresta & John Vitucci

GENERAL BUSINESS. Events committee came up with a run to Darlington Pt Pool. for a BYO BBQ on Sunday the 23rd this month. So Meet at the plane on the stick at 11.00 am for an 11.30 cruise off or meet us at the Point Pool 12.00 ish

Discussion on show organisation.-Leagues to be the Venue again Next year.Maybe categorise cars in their own makes With allowance for club groups.

Get RSC to do the PA.

Prize distribution tossed around with a lucky number system at the gate to match a prize No.which as a good idea

Discussion on Possibly doing a Twiliight-show-eg; start 10 ish & finish 9pm in the evening????

Bright Rod Run on the7th –10th declared a club run

NEW MEMBERS; we had One new member join tonight,we welcome Kylie Carusi soon to Hopefully have a Mustang!

Area news is still looking for some vehicles to put in their car section so don’t be afraid to put your car in..!!

Next Meeting is on the 1ST DECEMBER Meeting closed 8.22pm.

I DESPERATELY WANT ONE OF OUR 89 MEMBERS TO DO THE SECRETARY STUFF PLEASE AS IT’S REALLY LOADING ME UP ALONG WITH THE PRESIDENTS STUFF.
