BUSINESS ARISING: LIBRARY?? Blake was not present- deferred to next meeting.
Ball lock has been purchesed & floor mounted tie downs & the tool box 4 the trailer have been done by Robert arramini & Barry Turnell, Thanks to Robert& Barry also thanks to kel williams for the tool box It work out well.,with the exeption that the tie straps touch the spare & the tool box when a car is tied down,but its all good anyway.

David/Jack torresan put on a great effort with his ford county tractor in the tractor pulls.
Sunday, 28th august.was our run to hillston we had 14 people turn up& it was a good day out with
Menegon torana,Salvestro cougar, mclean 33 rod,peruzzi hj coupe,torresan hz ute,kays 48 chev ute,turnells boss 69,colloridi gt. cruzin over & we had a great lunch at the exy’s club hen walked it off with a walk along the swing bridge ,only to have another input at the shed on the lachlan café on the way back.

St Marys School Car & Bike Show ‘n’ Shine –fundraiser. Date 18th September . . Entry will be $2 for public and the event will run from 7.30am to 4.30pm, with a BBQ and other food stalls, jumping castle and various activities for kids. Any suggestions would be appreciated. If successful could become an annual event. Other clubs have been invited. Prizes will be given to the entrants OUR CLUB HAS COMITTED TO PATRONISE IT BUT .MUST HAVE NUMBERS ,PLEASE LET GREG KNOW IF YOUR COMING.ENTRY IS VIA THE BACK OF THE SCHOOL EDEN ST.THRU THE BLACK GATES
DARLINGTON POINT SPRING FEST
Greg has been talking to Margaret King from the committee for the D.point Spring fest & it’s on again on Sat 24th September we are invited to display again same as last year in Mcellar st.
Open to the public from 10.00 to 4.00 members to try and get there before then to set up display.

GENERAL BUSINESS: a Donation of $ 1000 was given to the Riding for the Disabled, Greg Salvestro& Robert aramini took their cars up to Dalton park where a cheque was presented to the secretary & a photo of horses & horsepower was taken with the kids & it was put in the area news.
GREG RANG AROUND FOR TRAILER INSURANCE
Shannons will insure the trailer for $5000 including 3rd party damage, usage of up to twice a month,with $200 excess for approx $170 or $250-60 for twice a week.Barry turnell moved a motion that we go with the increased premium for extra use in case. 2nd Iain Leitch.Motion Carried. Greg to follow up.
Brian Wallett moved that investigation into hiring a secretary for the car club be carried out.2nd John Favero.

Greg Said that he had a meeting with Ross Patane of the show grounds trust & Dave talentire, Warren Gill to discuss the possibility of kicking off an EXPO with cars bikes trucks tractors stationary engines & a swap meet could be integrated.
Members Are reminded that the trailer resides at Greg’s place at Hanwood & keys are held by Greg (0428687951)& if not available Barry Turnell (0418696322) or Blake Raworth (0412597236)& minimal hire fees of $10 day or $20 o/nite apply

Club Clothing – Club clothing is still available from Greg Salvestro.we are looking at running out this style of clothing to make way for a revamp & the new logo.
